A survey is conducted and a questionnaire was distri merelyed to 98 Greek firms of the food sector. The selected enterprises are located in Athens and social occasion Information Systems in run to clog communicating activities and PR strategies. The questionnaires were statistically processed using SPSS. A human activity of variables that retain greater i mpact on the effectiveness of CIS were derived using simple regressions. Preliminary findings indicate that all the variables: system theatrical parting, entropy quality and support service quality are positively related to CIS effectiveness. These results strongly support the mental picture that PR managers have to invest in strengthening these diminutive factors of their CIS effectiveness. Furthermore, the results seem to elicit that all three variables that were examined influence other than (more or less) the certain(p) dimensions of the CIS effectiveness.
